Menia Vernardi

Menia Vernardi is a PhD candidate in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Patras, with a research focus on teacher burnout in primary education. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Early Childhood Education from the University of Patras. Additionally, she has specialized training in Special Education, aiming to enhance inclusion and the overall development of all children. In recent years, she has worked as a kindergarten teacher in a public school, applying innovative pedagogical methods to strengthen the emotional and social development of children. She focuses on empathy, self-esteem, and creativity, encouraging children to develop a more open and conscious approach to the world around them. This approach aligns with the philosophy of TEDxPatras, which integrates creativity, imagination, and a drive for change as fundamental elements of growth and progress. Through its ideas and actions, TEDx provides the opportunity to inspire people toward a world filled with possibilities and opportunities.
